Thank you for sending slides and information about your art for my review. While your work is clearly of high quality, I’m afraid I can’t be promising about the possibility of an exhibition this time. I receive many qualified proposal, only a handful of which can be shown.
I’m returning your slides as I realize you have other needs for them, however, I’d like to keep the other materials you sent for my files.
